Evergreen Diving Resort

Evergreen Diving Resort is built on Popototan island , southwest of Busuanga island, province of Palawan.

Popototan is about6 km long and 1 km wide and almost entirely grown over with a pristine jungle-like population of trees. Because they are about 150 to 200 years old they deliberately paid attention during construction of the resort that not a single tree had to be cut rather did they adjust the construction of the buildings to the nature, i.e. construction was done where trees were permitting it. All around there is nothing but pristine nature enabling you to get the perfect Robinson feeling.

The resort consists of a guest house with 4 double-rooms, 2 Cottages, Restaurant and Diving Centre.

All Buildings were built by hand in traditional style using only locally available natural materials. Building the houses on stilts is contributing to its pleasant climate.
Right in front of the resort there is a very beautiful local reef dropping off to a depth of about 15 m (45 ft). 5 minutes from our site you can even find a small wreck measuring 20 m (60 ft) in length. The well-known Coron wrecks are also a merely 30-minute boat-ride away from our resort.
